Terms of service
The rules for accessing Nice Products and using Brokery, Turbowork, SalesmanAI and the billing portal.
Effective: 20 September 20261. Agreement and provider
These terms apply when you create an account, accept an order or use the service. Nice Products is operated by Nice Corp Ltd, company registration number 207994014, which is the contracting provider unless an order form names another entity. If an order form conflicts with these terms, the order form controls for that purchase.
2. Accounts and authority
- Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
- Use individual accounts; do not share passwords.
- If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind it to these terms.
- Account owners control subscriptions, members and product access and are responsible for their users.
3. Service and AI features
The service provides software tools for training, communications, CRM and sales automation. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. You must review outputs and keep appropriate human oversight, especially for regulated, sensitive or high-impact decisions.
Features, limits and support levels are defined by the selected plan and order form. We may improve or replace features without materially reducing a paid service during its current term.
4. Your data and lawful use
You retain rights in data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit and back up that data to provide and secure the service.
- Obtain required permissions and notices before uploading contacts, recordings, messages or other personal data.
- Follow communications, marketing, employment, recording and data-protection laws.
- Do not send spam, impersonate others, evade consent, upload malware, probe security, disrupt the service or use it for unlawful or harmful activity.
5. Fees, renewal and cancellation
Prices, billing cycle, taxes, usage charges and renewal terms appear at checkout or in the order form. Paid subscription periods are charged from your prepaid Nice balance and renew for the selected cycle until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally refund the current period unless law or the order form says otherwise.
You can fund the balance by card through Stripe or request a SEPA transfer credit, which is applied only after an administrator verifies receipt. We may suspend paid features when the balance is insufficient and restore them when the account is current.
6. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the service, software, branding and documentation. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the subscription. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation.
7. Availability and third parties
We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Integrations, telecom networks, messaging platforms and payment providers are controlled by third parties and may impose their own terms or limits.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, respond to security risk, prevent abuse or address material breach or non-payment. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to cure. On termination, access ends and data is handled under the order form and Privacy Policy.
9. Liability and governing terms
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any liability cap, governing law and dispute forum are those stated in the applicable order form; mandatory consumer or data-protection rights are not limited.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for legal, security or product reasons. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be notified through the service or account contact. Questions can be sent through Support in the account portal.
