Billing

• Stripe, Inc. and relevant Stripe affiliate — hosted card payment processing and payment records — region depends on account and payer; Stripe controls card-entry data.

AI, voice and communications

• OpenAI, L.L.C. — AI text and realtime processing when enabled.
• Twilio Inc. — telephony and messaging when enabled.
• LiveKit, Inc. — realtime media transport when enabled.
• Deepgram, Inc. — speech transcription when enabled.
• ElevenLabs, Inc. — text-to-speech voice generation when enabled.
• Telegram and other customer-selected messaging or telecom providers — message delivery when connected by the customer.

Changes and objections

We publish material additions before they take effect where practicable. Contract customers may raise a reasoned data-protection objection at [email protected]. A provider is used only for the features and integrations the customer enables.
