1. Who controls your data

Nice Products is operated by Nice Corp Ltd, company registration number 207994014. Registered office: 57th Street Complex, Karpe Vita, Primorski District, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria. Nice Corp Ltd is the controller for account and billing data and may act as a processor for product workspace data on your organisation’s instructions.

Send privacy requests to [email protected] or use Privacy and personal data in the account portal.

2. Data we process

  • Account and identity data: name, work email, company, language, country, authentication and security events.
  • Commercial data: products, plans, subscriptions, invoices, currency, payment status and usage totals. Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and do not reach our servers.
  • Product data: contacts, conversations, call metadata, recordings or transcripts only when your organisation enables the relevant product features.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser data, logs, cookie identifiers and diagnostic events.
  • Support data: messages, attachments and the history needed to resolve a request.

3. Why and on what basis

  • Performing the contract: creating accounts, providing products, processing subscriptions and support.
  • Legitimate interests: securing the service, preventing abuse, diagnosing failures and improving reliability.
  • Legal obligations: accounting, tax, fraud prevention and responding to lawful requests.
  • Consent: only where required, including any optional analytics or marketing technologies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Sharing and international transfers

We share data only with service providers needed to run the platform, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing and communications providers, and with authorities when legally required. Access is limited by purpose and contract.

If data is transferred outside the EEA, we use an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, where required.

5. Retention

Account and workspace data is retained while the service is active and then deleted or anonymised according to contractual and legal requirements. Financial records may be kept for the statutory accounting period. Security and support logs are kept only as long as needed for investigation, defence of claims and service reliability.

6. Your rights

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Rights can be limited where the law requires us to retain or process data.

  • Access, correction, deletion and portability of your personal data.
  • Restriction of or objection to certain processing.
  • Withdrawal of consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
  • A complaint to your competent data-protection authority.

7. Automated systems and AI

Our products can generate suggestions, messages, scores or call responses. Customers configure and supervise those tools. We do not use solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on a visitor unless the customer has a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.

8. Security, children and changes

We use access controls, encryption in transit, tenant isolation, audit logging and other proportionate safeguards. No system is completely risk-free.

The service is intended for business users and not for children. We may update this policy when the service or law changes; the date above shows the current version.
